Diet Plan for PCOS - Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
Many women with PCOS suffer from cravings, weight loss problems and tiredness after eating which can all be linked with the diet especially with high carbohydrate foods.
P.C.O.S. responds well with the use of Nutritional Therapy. Changing the diet can be really beneficial for the condition and can really help to kick start the body.
You will not be required to count calories or remove lots of foods from your diet, instead you will be given a realistic and achievable dietary plan, you will be given lots of support.
We will devise an individual plan together which will be monitored over a period of 3 months to 1 year in order for your dietary goals to be met, (please note - length of time varies from person to person).
