About Best Nutrition
My name is Cheryl Best and I have completed a diploma in Nutritional Therapy with Premier Training who are one of the leading training providers for Fitness and Nutrition courses.
I became interested in Nutritional Therapy due to my own ill-health suffering from PCOS, Graves disease and IBS. I have had remarkable results with the use of Nutritonal Therapy, the best result being the birth of my two children without the use of conventional medicine after being told that I would never be able to conceive naturally.
After seeing the benefits of Nutritional Therapy, I decided that I needed to find out more about this fascinating subject, after the birth of my first child I began a three year training course with Premier Training to gain my Nutritional Therapy Diploma. My goal as a therapist is to help others who maybe experiencing the stress and strains of ill-health as I have in the past.
I have developed a particular interest in Women's Health, Digestive disorders and Auto-Immune diseases due to being a past sufferer of P.C.O.S, Graves Disease (overactive thyroid) and IBS.
I operate an affordable clinic as I would like my services to be available to as many people as possible regardless of income and would hope that my services are accessible for people on low incomes. I offer a regular support service recognising that a change of diet can be difficult especially if you have eaten a certain diet or followed a particular lifestyle for a number of years.
I offer the first hour FREE (only available by telephone). I understand that deciding to embark on a nutrition and lifestyle programme is a huge life changing decision, after having the initial consultation you can decide if you would like to continue to work with me and complete the full programme.
